What data we collect, why, where it is stored, and how to ask for removal.

Last updated ·

We collect as little as possible. Browsing needs no account or sign-in, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.

When you browse the site

  • The site is served as static pages by Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare processes request data such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
  • We may use cookieless analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views. It does not identify individuals.
  • Your theme preference (light/dark) is kept only in your own browser’s localStorage and is never sent to us.
  • Site search runs in your browser; your queries are not logged on our servers.

When you use the submission bot

  • To process submissions and notify you of review results, we store your Telegram user ID, username, interface language, and the links, categories and tags you submit.
  • This is used for review, the daily submission limit and abuse prevention (for example blocking malicious submitters). It is never sold or shared with third parties.
  • Inline-mode search queries are only used to return results and are not stored with your identity.

Data about listed entries

Entry details (name, description, avatar, member count, recent public posts) come from public Telegram web pages and are refreshed regularly. When a channel or group goes private, is deleted or is banned, its page is hidden automatically.

Storage and removal

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and R2. To delete your submission history or an entry you own, message @tgboxccbot and send /help for contact details; we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change too.
